Our Dye Process
Natural dye is slow and hands-on, and that’s what I love about it.
Color comes from plants and develops differently every time, depending on the fabric and the process. Because of that, no two pieces ever turn out exactly the same.
This process values intention over uniformity, and care over speed.
The process
Each piece begins with fabric prepared by hand to receive plant-based pigment. Designs are printed or dyed in small batches, which gives the color time to develop slowly and naturally.
Plants, flowers, and natural materials are used to create depth and variation, relying on experience rather than trying to make every piece exactly the same. After dyeing, every piece is washed and finished individually.

One of a kind by nature
Natural dye creates variation in color, tone, and pattern.
These differences aren’t flaws, they’re a record of the process.
No two garments will ever match perfectly, and that uniqueness is part of what makes each piece special.
Made slowly, with intention
Everything is made in small batches, allowing time and attention at every stage, from dyeing to finishing. This approach keeps the process personal, thoughtful, and rooted in craft rather than mass production.

Made to be worn
These are everyday pieces meant to be worn often, lived in, and loved over time.
