How long does shipping take?
Most items ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional processing time. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I want you to love your items. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can work together to find a solution.
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is returned damaged or worn, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
Are custom orders eligible for return or exchange?
Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Why does my item look slightly different from the photos?
Each piece is naturally dyed and/or hand-printed in small batches. Because plant-based dyes and handmade processes are used, variation in color and pattern is expected and celebrated. No two items are exactly alike.
How should I care for my naturally dyed items?
To help preserve color and longevity:
- Wash cold with like colors
- Use gentle detergent
- Avoid bleach
- Lay flat or hang to dry when possible. You may also tumble dry low.
Natural dyes may soften and evolve over time, adding to the character of the piece.
